About the Role
Be responsible for the everyday running of the internal Marketing division.
Responsible for sending the weekly society newsletter with updates from the divisions, HGI, and sponsors, partners, as well as external events and opportunities for interested members.
Should ensure promotional materials and appropriate advertising are designed for each event.
Shall be responsible for the marketing channels of the society. Should ensure that branding stays consistent across each division of the society.
Shall be responsible for monitoring engagement and ensuring all members of the society feel included.
Ability to work in a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Good interpersonal skills.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
